what verses in the Guru Granth Sahib discuss science. Are they being proven true or has the Guru Granth Sahib taken the theories from other religious books?

i have found out that our Gurus have taken pieces from the Quran to back their points up!

Sat Siri Akaal Ji:

Indeed, when Guru Arjunji found a verse in the Quran or Sufi books or other sacred writings of his time that accorded with Guruji's teachings, he often included it in the Siri Guru Granth. Remember that Siri Guru is authored by 6 Gurus and numerous bhagats of the time. Guru Arjun added Shabads of thirty-six Hindu and Muslim Saints, among them Kabir, Ravi Das, Naam Dev, Trilochan and Sheikh Fareed. This was the first time any religion incorporated the works of sincere devotees of other religions into its own scripture; it reflects the universality of thought that underlies the Sikh belief in One God, and the one family of humanity as children of God.

As for science in Siri Guru, it depends on what science you are discussing. If you are discussing advanced physics, then literally speaking, Siri Guru doesn't include such scientific theories. If you are discussing the science of the soul and of liberation, then Siri Guru is an experience-based exposition in first-person poetry, of how to become liberated through seva and Naam Simran. I suggest you do a Sehej Paath of Siri Guru in both Gurmukhi and English, and read for yourself what Siri Guru says. Then you can have your own understanding of the 'science' in Siri Guru Granth Sahib.

Guru ang sang,
-DKK
