First of all I want to say this site is great, I belive you guys have helped out many lost, confused people. I don't know much about Yoga as many other Punjabi Jatt Sikhs do, but I really liked the long detailed answere you gave. I feel we sikhs have to be more open and be willing to learn from others, wether be it science or other faiths. The word Sikh means to learn, So our whole lives will pass away and all we are to learn is, there is nothing but God, and that Trutheness is spread all around us. When we are willing to share and accept others then and only then will we be begin to understand the truthness all around us. Prejudice and haterd arrise when one does not want to search for the truth. Sikh's mission is to search for the truth. Search in your own heart first then begin to look into other's. Keep up the Good work.
