sat sri akal

i used to have a similar problem. doesnt it feel better to tell someone, even if its not face2face but over this service.

With many pressures its easy to lose grip on things and fall into despair. What you need to do is stand up like a brave shernee and take hold and control of things, i know this seems hard, by as soon as you start it gets easier and easier by the week. for example, negotiate with your elders about revision time, they must see that this is a priority over housework. there are always practical solutions- the challenge is to find them.

as for not being allowed out, many many people like you have the same problem. its seems hard but you CAN get through that like many millions like you already have.

depression is a state of mind. it happens to when you feel like you are drowning in life. but you must look past the present to see the many things you must live for. only you know what these are. Think of the important things and these will bring you to the surface.

also you must think how very hurtful it would be for loved ones and friends if you did harm yourself.

its hard today, but think about yesterday and tommorow.

maybe there is a close friend u can confide in? a little support goes a long way.

thinking of you, gurfateh

Thank you for sharing your words of support.
