WJKK...WJKF,

I was reading some question on this forum and have read their replies too but have some doubts so wanna clear them with ur help.

***************************

WJKK...WJKF. Here are the answers - after each one of your questions.

*************************
so like my first question is :-on ardas
when we read any bani and after that we do our ardas like for ex in japji sahib when we finshed our path we do ardas. and in ardas u told us that we can say our personal prayer too in between the lines ...hay nimayazya day man ,nitanazay daaytaan .....aap ji daay hazoor japji sahib daay path di ardas hai________________here we say our personal prayer______________.after that we say akhar vadha ghatabhul chuk maf karni.....teray bhanay sarbat daa bhala. But i wanna know can we do our persoanl ardas in the end like after whole ardas means after teray bhanay sarbat daa bhala.coz i am doing always in this way,,i read whole ardas and after than i sit down ans says my personal feelings to babaji and persoanl praye too (like if i need something from babaji.)

************************

When you are doing the ardas in your home, there is nothing wrong with saying your personal prayers after reciting the etnire ardas. The formula for saying our personal prayers before "Akhar vadha..." is when we are in sangat and the prayers are brief - praying for someone who is sick or chanting Akal for the soul of someone who has died. On our own, it is fine to sit and speak your heart to guruji as long as you need after the Ardas. This is a form of meditation and prayer - no problem.

***********************

my second question is :-on massage
u guys told in in many replies that during ishnan we have to take cold shower and before that shower we have to take oil massage.so i want to know that like we have hear from our elders that after doing massage u should wait for half an hour or one hour .but in ur replies i have always read that take massage and immediately after that take showerand rub ur arms and legs during shower which is very good for stress and depressions so my question is like that can itake shower imeediately after massage (it will not do any garam sard)

*************************

The massage before a cold shower is something very quick. You spend a few minutes massaging your body with almond oil to wake yourself up. It is a little different than getting a full-body, deep massage where going into cold water right away may not be the wisest thing. So in the morning - just spend a few minutes rubbing the almond oil into your skin and then take the cold shower.

***********************************

my third question is :-abt path
can we do path laying in the bed and do we have to our bedsheets everyday as we all know that bed is used for sleping (and we do sex and sometime kids do pee-pee on that sheets).

***********************

You can do path anytime, anywhere. Lying in bed. While exercising. While cooking. Whenever your heart moves you - just do it. That is something beautiful about this path - the Gurus gave us a way to meditate and pray even while we are choppin wood! So it's fine.

As for changing bedsheets - do it as often as you want. It's no problem.

*****************************

my fourth question is :-
where can i ask question which i dont want to be published on sikhnet q's and ans forum.can i talk to somebody on phone too as my my problem is quite big according to me.

****************

You can send the questions to the Q and A Forum and just write that "please respond via email and do not post on the site." One of the moderators will write you back.

my fifth question is:-to meet yogi bhajan singh
i am a great admirer of yogi bhajan singh ji . i respect him a lot . i want to know how can i get his blessings for my family and my kid.can i meet him .i also want to learn kundalini yoga .is that possible?but i dont have much money so can i get some consession .as i have one kid so can i stay there with my kid to learn that yoga.i want to know that when yogi bhajan singh was doing goldentemple seva for three yrs ,so during that period was he doing his job too and was married and having kids at that time?
as he have started this 3ho organization in USA and teaching kundalini yoga so i want to know that is there any kind of teaching centers related with yoga is started in india also?as there r lot of teachers are present in USA who teaches this yoga. so in india are their any teachers who teaches same yoga?did they teach for free or its charged?where r those centres and teachers in india plz tell their add if u have.
I want to learn abt sikhi and god from yogi bhajan singh ji.so can me and my son stay with him for ever?are there some kind of ashrams,,just wanna know.
i am married woman and my kid is 4 yrs old and right now i am staying in USA

***********************

There are many 3HO Kundalini yoga teachers and centers in the United States and there are some centers starting in India, as well. If you want to find a Kundalini Yoga teacher near where you are, you can go to the 3HO website (www.3ho.org) They have a directory of Kundalini Yoga teachers there. If you don't have a lot of money, don't worry. If you really want to learn, there will be a teacher who can work with your budget.

When Yogi Bhajan was doing seva at the Golden Temple - he was married and had children and worked. All of it together.

There are 3HO comunity centers. Again, the 3HO website should be able to help you.

There are some articles by Yogi Bhajan on SikhNet. http://www.sikhnet.com/Articles. You can also get his lectures, tapes or video classes through Ancient Healing Ways. www.a-healing.com.

I hope this is helpful. Due to his health, Yogi Bhajan does not teach publically the way he used to. However, if you watch the 3HO website, you will hear about classes in the summer where he will teach, health permitting. That could be an opportunity for you and your son to meet him.

can u tell how mauch time it take to getting replies from u guys/modrators.mimimum and maximum ..both
what is the difference between siri and shri and sri?
are their any khalsa schools in USA also ?can u give their addresses
plz reply soon if possible

****************

Sometimes it takes us a couple months to get to someone's question. Unfortunately, sometimes there are so many questions that we don't answer everybody - but we are working to improve that. So thank you for your patience. "Siri" "Shri" and "Sri" seem to be different English spellings of the same Gurmukhi word. There is a Khalsa school in Phoenix, AZ. But I am not sure of the address or phone number.

*****************************

u guys r full of wisdom and lot of knowledge.keep it up!
thanks in advance...
Waheguru ji ka khalsa
Waheguru ji ki fateh

Thank you for writing in. Hope this is helpful.

Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh.
