Sats Sri Akal,

I am a fluent prayer, I do my paath every single day and i spend along time meditating, a few weeks ago i asked you the meaning of "Chaupoi", the paath.

I now write to you seeking the meaning of "Taap". I know the meaning of Pagthy, but once Sinyasi did Taap without doing pagthy and i was wandering the meaning of taap.
