This is just a response to the person who wrote about how caring too much about wot others thought of him was really getting him down. Firstly massive congrats for graduating!!

Speaking from a girls perspective and somewot havin been in a similar situation i can only say that you need to build tha inner confidence yourself-no one is going to do it for you! about two years ago whilst i started my degree i started to starve myself thinking i was overweight. Then when i became sick and stayed at home i started to eat literally stuff myself! Day by day i got depressed and ate for the sake of it. But when it was time to go out of the house id completely freak out...even though the doctor told me i was underweight id still always be paranoid about ppl thinking ive put on weight. I remember even looking in the mirror, let alone going to town, was a big ordeal for me at that time.

Basically i realised i was the only one who could change the situation and with gurus kirpa i did. In life we have two options: continue worryin about wot others think or find inner peace with yourself and achieve your goals. Ultimately due to your new inner confidence you will see how those ppl who you were initially concerned over take a shine to you! But you have to take those first steps realize wots important in life. Worryin about wot some narrow minded ppl think about you should not take precedence over your future...especially now you got your degree! Ou guru as given us a mind to do anything we want in this life as long as we put our mind to it. so if you weight is gettin you down change your habits slowly...dont turn to food when you feeling low...instead ask guru for strength. Believe in yourself and the guru above!!!
