I am 22 years old sikh boy with long hair, i have got a problem with my hair which keeps on grey as i am growing old. Actually it starts grey from about 3 or 4 yrs.
I also used to take some medicines but it did'nt effe0ct much. Please suggest me what to do ? Is there any exercise available to stop premature grey
hair?
