Is the kriya mentioned in Sri Guru Granth Sahib pg. 1106 the same as that taught by the Art of Living Society of Sri SriRavi Shankar?

Dear Surinder,
I do not know of this society. Perhaps you should write or contact them off the web and explain the meditation given by Jaidev in SGGS, and ask them. It could be, but I am not familiar with this group and believe that you should be able to sort this out on your own. I'm not sure why it matters, anyway... Kriyas such as SoDarshan Chakra kriya were/are known by many in Guru's time and now, since such kriyas come originally from the yogic tradition of India, and this dates back about 4000 years. Thanks.
