sat sri akal...i understand what u go through when u say that u have feelings to cry, very well in fact. from my experience and what ive been through and learned, for me, i think its almost because i feel the connection to GOD but yet He seems so far away.. and its the missing Him.. overwhelming emotions not necisarily bad or it doesnt really mean ur depressed. it just could mean that u FEEL more emotions than most ppl...for myself i could feel the pain of being away from him so much..but really in fact im learning now that hes not so far...i think at times perhaps i had done something in my past to push God away and now im realizing that i dont want to be away from him at all. i really hope this helps u.... plz take care.... blessings.. siki
