WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA, WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH!

Just wondering jee, does it matter how many times we do our ardaas daily or when? I am not amritdhari, and I am nowhere close to doing the bani's daily, hopefully someday with Gurus hukam I will.
Sometimes I will just do Rehraas, somedays I only have time for Kirtan Sohila (I know, it's pretty embarassing), and sometimes Japji, Jaap, or the longer Anand Sahib, but usually I don't.. I don't really have a specific routine, so does it matter if I do ardaas once or twice or whenever I do any paat?
Thank-You, forgive me for anything I said wrong, God Bless.

A Sikh generally recites Ardas at least once daily. Ardas is recited before reading Guru's hukum, whatever time of day that is. It also is often recited AFTER Rehiras. Of course, it is always done as part of a Gurdwara service.

There is no single, SET time for a Sikh to recite ardas daily. S/he can recite it whenever s/he feels a need to supplicate Guru for guidance and protection, so it can be done more than once/day.
Guru rakha,
