I don't understand, how can you be amritdhari if you cut your hair??? You can't and the ones you say do are not following the rehat and therefore can no longer call themselves amritdhari's. This is what all panj piareh tell you!! You cannot remove hair from the body.

I understand you were talking from a yogi perspective and respect that, but does not mean i agree with it. I personally know that i have to fight my own demons as does everyone. I have to overcome this vain-ness as it mught be called. But don't confuse people, especially the ones trying to come into sikhi, it is prohibited to remove any hair from the body, even the ones that really have no purpose as you say, so then why did god form us in that way?? That's an answer i'm trying to answer myself. I know they must have a purpose, but would it matter if they werent so noticable? Im all for having the hair, but don't want it to be so noticable...ahh i don't know...i go in a silly circle.

No matter what i tell myself, that the hair is there for a reason, still don't help. I'm vain!! I just see others who don't have so much and wonder why can't i be like that? am i blessed or are they?

please post this. Thanks! very much appreciated!
