Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

lately things have been going really rough for me. I got into a car accident and got damage on teh car even though the accidetn wasnt my fault. Then I had to deal with my parents about that. With school my grades are not as high as they should be and its standing in the way of my dream of becoming a lawyer. I feel stressed out, because there was mix up at school with some assignment and they think I may have cheated on teh assignment, but i did not and the tutorial guy knows that but I dont know I have a meeting with the dean, and I am really scared, because I do not know what is going to happen. Things are just going from bad to worse, and everytime things sort of set out to go okay, something happnes again. I know i am not a bad person, and perhaps this is all related to my past karma, but I have been doing seva and paadth, but bad things just keep happening. I mean i do not expect my life to go by without problems and whatnot, but i feel i cannot handle this any more and each day is a stress and i spend so much time crying becuase nothing is working out. I do not understand why God is not hearing my pain, and what to do in regards to school because I have always wanted to be alawyer but now i dont even think i will get in anywhere. Does God want me to choose a different path? People say that things happen for the best, and God has a plan for everyone and he chooses what is best for you. But i do not understand how any of this is good for me and why this is happening. I feel so suicidal almost I dont know what to do and I just needed some answers or some guidance. THank you for your time. WJKWJF

Sat Nam. Do you have a Counseling Office in your school? Colleges in the US do. I would seek some professional help. You may need an anti-depressant for a while until you can stabelize your self. I would also seek out a Kundalini Yoga class. Where are you? If you go to wwww.kundaliniyoga.com, you can click on Teacher Directory and find a teacher in your area. I would also read my banis and consciously practice breathing slower. Let us know how you are doing. Blessings, JJK
