Sat Sri Akal ji

I am very upset, i got my hairs cut as my friends asked me to. I regret that moment why I did that at first place. Well Iam now again keeping my hairs not having them cut any more, I want forgivness from the sin I commited. So please help me, and do I need to be baptised to get back in sikhism?.

Narayan saad saad bakshind. The lord is ever ever the Forgiver. Forgive yourself! God has already forgiven you.
If you were not amritdhari at the time you cut you hair, you do not need to take amrit to get back into Sikhi. Sikhi is about PERSONAL relationship with Guru, and the Gursikh self-initiates oneself into Sikhi, not Sikhi initiating the individual in. This is a personal, internal thing, not external. Chant the NAAM!
