Have no doubts. Understand and remember this is a practical lifestyle with a purpose that impacts you.

1. Your hair is your gift and source of physical and radiant strength.
Keep it as it is...straigtening, bleaching, is altering. Try to appreciate what you have and be grateful.
But if you do it, you are not breaking your rehit.

2. Comb your hair with a large wooden comb, this will maintain the proper magnetic charge. You do not have to comb your hair with the small kanga in your hair.

3. Don't bother. Liittle comb in your hair and big comb to do your hair.

4. Earrings........some ladies do....but many will say not necessary.

5. bleach your hair if it helps you to keep it!

6. wash your hair every 3-4 days

7. do your nitnem when you can..........

8. Wear your hair UP and in a turban in public....at home be conscous but you can relax.
