Waheguru ji ka khalsa

waheguru ji ke fateh

Dear brothers and sisters please read the following and understand it carefully:

JAB LAG KHALSA REHAY NIARAH, TAB LAG TEJ DEHO MEH SARA, JAB AY GAYAY BIPRAN KE REET MAIN NAH KARO IN KE PARTEET - Dhan Guru Gobing Singh JI maharaj has clearly stated - until my khalsa remains distinct and follows the gurus hukam, i will bestow all my grace upon the khalsa, when they stray from my path i shall no longer.
The answer given by the moderator is not adequate in that, there is room for other beliefs in sikhi! the answer is NO there are not. The rehit maryada clearly states a sikh is he who believes in the teachings of the 10 gurus and Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji maharaj ONLY and NO others, and does not believ in idol worship, rituals, speacial or 'holy' dates, star signs etc.... this is totally against gurmat. Sangat ji we really are drifting away from our guru, we are running to other places because we have no faith, we run to 'numbers'????! astrology etc... why? we have the master of the universe, we have Guru Gobind Singh ji's Jot in Guru Granth sahib Ji. Its time to wake up and hold Gurus hand. Guru is always with us ang sang, it is we who let go of him.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa
waheguru ji ke fateh

Sat Sri Akal!

You are correct, the Gurus tell us NOT to believe in Astrology/numerology, etc. It is all false; might as well believe in unicorns then too.

I'm not sure about the "rehit" you are talking about... if it's the document followed today which was written in the early 1900s, I wouldn't trust it too much, it contradicts itself in places. The biggest rehit to follow is that of our Guru, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
