Hello to the moderators, your doing all a great job.......my question is based on the situation--- i've been married 7 years, had an arranged marriage---i have 2 children----but i feel very isolated with my husband and his family...i feel i don't belong, they do not tell me things that involve thier family (family issues).....my husband is emotionally distant most of the time, he's got this look in him that seems he's not with me in the same room, the same event, the same moment in life --he seems lost....when i talk to him he says things are good and i'm looking too deeply into things....i don't think i am....is there any prayer or way you can suggest i can make him more involved in my marriage?.....despite having 2 children with him, elders often ask my parents how our marriage is going....so something is amiss.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. I am sorry to learn of your unhappiness. Many women, starting with the ones to whom Guru Nanak originally gave this instruction, have found that their husbands have changed dramatically after they have recited the "SoPurkhs" from Rehiras Sahib 11 times a day, for 40 days. I hope you will try it. Meanwhile, be patient, and kind and loving to all of those around you. Silently bless them, and expect nothing, ask for nothing, and let God and Guru bring everything to you. Prayer is your power. Blessings, SP
