Waheguru Ji Ka Kalsa Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa,

I am Sukhmani and i am getting scared of some things. i recently read 2 books and 1 article the 2 books are:
1)Pheonix Rising- this book is about a girl who is 18 who has blood cancer and she has to go through things like chemo therepy and the side affects of chemo. therepy are hair falling out, mood swings, tiredness (i think),eating problems.
2)When Heroes Die- this book is about a boy who has an uncle who has AIDS and has difficulties breathing, he has dark circles under his eyes. i know that you can get AIDS by a virus which is HIV.
The article i read is about AIDS, in this article I read that you can devlope this virus by HIV. they said that you can get it by:
1. Sexual developments.
2. Blood stream
the article also said you can get it from mosquito bites, expected mothers (that is if the mother has AIDS), clothes, etc.
after reading those 2 books i began getting strange and scary dreams that i have and/or am HIV posithive, and have cancer.
also that my hair is sort of falling like if i try to smmoth my hair out gently my hair falls out. but my apetite is fine and sometimes i get really tired and feel like sleeping. i am also scares the if i sleep then i would die in my sleep. also i do beliemve in God and Guru i try to do as much as Paath i can. but i am still scared.
Can you please shed some light on this?

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

Dear Sukhmani,
Sat Siri Akaal. You are too impressionable. Your name is Sukhmani, so read this paath daily. It will calm your mind and heart. It will take you about 1 hour and 20 minutes until you get good at it. It translates as the Song of Peace.

You cannot get HIV/AIDS unless you SWAP blood or bodily fluids with someone who is infected; the most common methods of getting AIDS are unprotected sex with one who is infected, or a blood transfusion of infected blood. Yes, pregnant mothers can give it to their babies, if they are already infected. It is highly unlikely to get it from mosquito bites or casual touching of the clothing of infected people. I used to teach yoga to people with HIV/AIDS and I hugged them all the time. I'm still here and not sick.
Blood cancer (leukemia) is not an everyday disease like the common cold. If you had it, you would know by now.
Stop worrying this way! This is being a hypochondriac--a person who THINKS s/he is ill but isn't.
Guru ang sang,
-DKK
