I have read that running is a type of a meditative activity. I do run, or rather jog, myself, and it gives good feelings.


How can I enhance my running/jogging experience using Kundalini Yoga? Are there specific excercises or poses I can do before and after running/jogging?

Actually, I hope to prepare myself to run a half-marathon, and maybe later, a full marathon.

I would really appreciate some advise on this.
