I am 24 years old and female and have been wearing a turban for several years. I live in England and it has never hindered me in finding work and nor has anyone ever laughed at me. I agree with your previous reply - that your husband is not thinking of you, he is thinking of himself. By wearing a turban you will not loose your beauty, you will simply increase it - not only externally but most importantly internally. I would only request that if you do decide to wear a turban, you do not wear makeup (if you do already). As non-believers would have a field day as most people know this is not allowed but still some people like to modify their beliefs to suit themselves.
