Summary of Question:	What To Do With The Hair Shed While Head Wash (Bathing)

I am amritdhari sikh, I comb my hair daily and collect the broken hair that are in my Kangha in a box and cremate (burn) them. I wondered should I do the same for the hair that come out when I wash my head, many old/weak hairs fall in the bath ub, I very carefully collect them wash them & then keep them in the basket as my head hairs.

So the question is what should be done with the hair that fall of at places other than when I comb my hair ?

Sat nam. If your hair breaks off in the natural course of care and daily life, it is OK to dispose of it. There is no need to retain it or collect it.
