Summary of Question:Grudges In The Past And Clearing The Mind

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh.

A few years ago, someone I know injured my shoulder and elbow by ACCIDENT but he refused to apologise and say that he did it. I have no association with that person anymore as he drinks and smokes now and has become a womaniser. However, my shoulder and and elbow have not recovered fully since the past 2 years the incident took place and occasionally hurts, doctors cannot find anything wrong with them even after x-rays and MRI scans. Sometimes, I feel down and depressed, or even angry with the person who has done this to me and he doesn't even care about it. I also begin to worry that this injury might give more problems in future. Due to this sometimes, my mood and work gets affected even after these 2 years.
My questions are
1.) How should i deal with this situation?
2.) Is there a natural healing process for the body, ligaments and joints through Kundalini Yoga or any ayurvedic or any other natural therapy? Please let me know.
3.) Lastly, how can i get the negative thoughts out of my mind, i think they are in my subconcious mind and they occasionally resurface although many times i have come to terms with it through simran and look ahead rather than at this stupid event. And how to get rid of this anger or grudge from within and hence clear the moods that i get with these thoughts as they also tend to affect people around me, like my friends and family.

Please answer this question so that i can learn how to clear my mind every time and am able to move on without keeping grudges or intent of revenge. Thank you.

Sat nam.
1. Forgive this person and LET IT GO. He is not likely to apologize anytime soon. In fact, he's probably completely forgotten about it. Letting it go completely will free your mind. Practice forgiving him everytime you start to get bothered, and then change your focus. In time it will cease to be part of your consciousness.
2. All kinds of healing processes for joints and bones. You will have to find yourself a naturopath or ayurvedic practitioner, and /or perhaps a chiropractor, to learn more.
3. Chant the naam with the intention of letting the whole situation go and moving ON in your life. Methinks that when you get stressed in your life you link (subconsciously) everything back to the shoulder accident. This is not uncommon. Chant the naam and recite Sukhmani to move these grudge thoughts out. Results will happen, but not overnight.
Guru ang sang,
