hi

I am karanjit/20mcalif, currently workingout/bodybuilding. I am considering taking "glutamine" supplement. I dont know if it is extracted from meat or vegetables? or if i am allowed to take supplements extracted from meant. btw i am a sikh and i dont take b-12 cuz it's extracted from meat(?) thus making it against my religion(?). Does anyone know if glutamine is considered vegetarian? or meat?
