My uncle told my cousin that bringing home bhog for someone is wrong. He said that the parsad that you get in the Gurdwara is meant only for you. I was wondering if this was right or wrong.

Perhaps he is concerned the person did not go to Gurdwara. This is is his personal opinion and this is OK.

For me Prashaad is blessed and sharing my prashaad is something I will do because
1. I often get more than I can eat 2. I want to share the prashaad of the Guru with loved ones that could not make it to Gurdwara.

Perhaps for you it is the same.
