I wanted to know if there any kundalini yoga classes in the UK.
I live just outside London, England.
I really want help with my nam simran>>> I would like to co ordinate my breathing and simran so I can do simran "saas giraas " for longer and more "effectively.
My only worry is I would feel uncomfortable using non sikh mantras ie. mantras other than the gurmantar >> Does Kundalini use other mantras ? What does kundalini involve ( Ive only ever heard the anti arguments)
Will kundalini help with improving simran ?
Most yoga practising Sikhs of Non Indian origin I've seen seem to just Radiate Bliss and contentment so I want to know what I'm missing--- and as I dont know any personally I'm hoping you can give me details of where I can learn

Greetings and blessings to you. Kundalini Yoga is a system for strengthening the nervous system and glandular system. It will balance the bodies and clear your channels. When you are radiantly healthy and balanced you have more power to apply to your experience of Sikhee and Simran.

Most of the meditations/mantra's are based on Gurbani. There are a few that come from the ancient teachings that existed before the birth of our Guru's and Siri Guru Granth Sahib. They are a part of this science of Union with God consciousness and are complementary to the technology of Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Just keep in mind that the Sikh Guru's also practiced the science of Yoga
