Sat Siri Akaal Ji:

Beauty is only skin deep. If a girl doesn't like you because of your BEARD, is THAT the basis of a relationship?????? Your beard is by NO means finished growing, if you are just 15. It will fill out in a few years and no doubt look better.

If your relationship to Sikhi is so weak that you feel you have to trim your beard to get a girl, then maybe you should ask yourself if you are really Sikh. The beauty of any person is their radiance, their projection, and their open heart, all of which come from daily practice of bana, bani, simran, and seva. Practice the Naam and subdue your mind. Serve others. Keep your paath. Wear the form of the 10th master, including untrimmed beard. And you will see that girls will be attracted to you because of what you ARE, not what your beard looks like.

I know that at 15 this doesn't seem very practical, but it is, truly, an ageless wisdom that supports this concept. So be wise now.
