I am dipankar a Btech student in guru nanak dev university Amritsar.

I am very much unstable at my mind.Subconsious fears,my reserved nature
,and a feeling of being very much near to God has always prevented from
behaving normally in the society.please guide me strictly by through gurbani

Dipankar,

I am a Psychotherapist by career. I guess the bottom line is how unstable emotionally you are. Have you ever been seen by a Psychologist or counselor? All of us are unstable in our thoughts, to some degree. Do you read banis regularly? I would start with Japji and read it faithfully every day. I would then learn Sukhmani Sahib. Breath deeply and mentally chant inside yourself throughout the day. When you start to feel unstable, take a deep breath and cut your negative or crazy thought with Sat Nam or Wahe Guru.
