Sat Nam! Yes, there are many mantras, and you can find many of them on CD's or tapes(so you can hear them chanted), and you can read about many of them in various books. As you probably know, the Gur-mantra given by Guru Gobind Singh, is "WAHE GURU" (be sure to think of it being pronounced as "waa hay guru"). This would certainly be ideal to recite all day. It is a mantra of bliss, which in effect says, "Wow, God is Great!" Or, simply using the seed sound, the "Bij Mantra" of SAT NAM would be excellent. ("Truth is God's Name - Truth is your identity!" ) Thinking SAT as you inhale, and NAM as you exhale becomes a lovely meditation. Whatever mantra you choose, surely you will be blessed by reciting God's Name all day -- or even part of the day! SP
