Summary of Question:	Which Bani/Paath To Do In A New Home

Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ki Fateh,

My husband and i Have recently gotten a new apartment, and although its just the 2 of us right now, I wanted to ask you what prayer we /I should do before we move into the new place.

I know mostly everyone gets the Akhand Path done, but i don't have a proper SGGS with me,but i do have bani's like sukhamni sahib, dukhbhanjani , japji sahib etc, but i just wanted to know which bani/paath i should read /recite in the new apartment before moving in.Would you suggest Sukhmani Sahib Paath or something else? I just want do enter with God's protection and want the new place blessed in Waheguru's name before we move in and live there.

Please forgive my ignorance and im sorry if this question was asked before, i did do a search and wasnt able to find any proper answer.
I hope you can help me.

Do you have access to an MP3 player or CD Player?
Do ardaas in the new home and then play the recording of Akandh Paath continuously in the new space before you move in.
