I really need help from you moderators. I have a bad i0ning problem. When im home alone, i just cant help it, its like i need to do it..IM trying to stop but its so hard. Do u have any suggestions, ive tried meditating and tried yoga. But it hasnt worked.
MY exams are coming up, and i keep i0ning.
I dont know what to do...
