Sorry if this sounds silly, but when ever I have ever read/heard the SGGS ive always been told it has to be percieved/heard/read/felt 'from the heart', im at a loss as to what this means - i was jus hoping you could explain thanks

Books are read from the head...as an intellectual understanding. Our Siri Guru Granth Sahib needs to be heard from the heart...or it will be just another "book" not a living Guru. Reciting the Guru is meant to be an experience of the Guru talking to us. It is an expereince of the soul and one of love. I hope that helps. Blessings, JJK
