I wanted to ask is it wrong to have cosmetic surgery? I have insecurities with a particular part of my body and was considering having cosmetic surgery, do you think this is wrong? Do you think god has made us a certain way and we should learn to accept what we look like? I've seriosly been considering it for over a year now and really want it done, but will wahe guru gi think this is wrong?

Sat Siri Akaal. Yes, it is inappropriate for a Gursikh who considers him/herself observant to get cosmetic surgery, especially if s/he is amritdhari. Your body is a gift from Guru, 'warts and all.' Let it go. Stop focusing on your external looks and work on the beauty of your spirit and psyche by practicing the Naam. Daily practice will ease your insecurities and make you proud to be Who You Are and What You Look Like. Guru ang sang,
