Summary of Question:	Discrimination At Darbar Sahib

Waheguru Jee ka Khalsa Waheguru Jee kee Fateh,

Recently i visited Darbar Sahib Amritsar i noticed few things which i am writing below please tell me why is it so ?
1)When you take receipt for Karah Parshad below 100 rupees they give you in doona and when you take receipt for 100rupees or more they give you thali.Why?
2)When you enter Darbar Sahib if you pay homage to GURU GRANTH SAHIB below 100 rupees you get nothing and if you pay 100rupees or more they give you siropa.Why?
