hi,

I am sikh. yesterday i bought suppliment creatine. Before taking the suplement i read the nutrition fact and saw this line "Derived from Fish and Red Meant creatine is...". My question is am i allowed to take creatine? it is very essential supplement for bodybuilders. Where is the line drawn between that is meat vs that is derived from meat. for example vitamin b12?
I appreciate your response.

You have a couple of options. 1- try to find a vegetarian version of creatine. If you go on the web, there are suppliement shops like iherb.com and investigate if there are other creatine products which are vegetarian based. 2- consider it medicine and not a break in your commitment. If you take the product and feel weird from it, you will know that the animal product is not for you, physically or vibrationally. I know I am allergic to soy, most nuts, beans and milk products, so it is hard for me to get enough protein. I started to take some egg white powder, but after a a short time, I stopped, because the vibration of the chicken was making me sick. 3- if you feel you cannot break your commitment, no matter what, find some other supplement, or give it up. You have to examine your own consciousness and sensitivities and then decide what is best for you. I hope this helps. Blessings. GTKK
