i think its best NOT TO rely on supplements. having too much glutamine in your body may cause harmful side effects.
DONT RELY ON SHORTCUTS to achieve what you want, as the long term consequences are probably harmful.
have a healthy diet and work out, slowly but surely you shall have the body you want.
dont try and alter your body's natural biochemistry by taking such things, be grateful for what you have been given.

Eating a good healthy balanced diet and exercising and maintaining a spiritual practice is the foundation, of course. GTKK
