waheguru ji ka khalsa, waheguru ji ki fateh

my question is presented to all sikhs and the moderators:
why hasn't there been any push to allow Sikhs to visit gurduwaras in
pakistan? I have read about the gurudwara where the fifth guru, Sri Guru
Arjan Ji, was martyred. Apparently, before partition many of us Sikhs used to go to this gurdwara and have a grand gathering on the day of Guru Arjan's martydom. There are countless other gurduwaras, and even in Ardas we ask of Waheguru to open the doors to those gurduras that have been locked up for us. Why doesn't the indian gov't/punjabi gov't do something to push this forward? In Sikhi, all gurduwaras are considered equal (including the Golden Temple) and should be open to all of us. Even with a Sikh PM, India has done nothing to help us as Sikhs. Is there any way of peacefully pushing the opening of these gurduwaras? I think this matter is undoubtedly necessary. Even the gurduwara in Baghdad where Guru Nanak visted is deteriorating, maybe we should send a notice to the US gov't to allow some sikhs to do the seva of improving/restoring it?

First of all, I saw a photo this month in an American paper in New Mexico USA of Sikhs visiting gurdwaras in Pakistan. This has only recently been allowed by the Pakistani government. I do not have more info, but if you search the Sikhnet newsclips, I'm sure you'll find out more.
Second, this kind of political activity is not the purview of the Sikhnet Youth forum. There are other outlets and organizations for this. Thanks.
Guru ang sang,
