Dear Khalsa Ji,

What is exactly meant by the saying "the God within you"?

Sat Nam. Most of the time we forget that God lives and breathes in us. This is a reminder that God is within. God is the very essence of our being, God - Truth - is our Identity. We also find it hard to remember that God lives in All people! "IF you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all." GOD is that which created all of creation, that which G enerates, O rganizes and then D elivers/or/Destroys. God is everywhere, so I think the saying is a reminder to look within ourselves for that Truth, Divinity, Immortal Self, instead of relating to our outer flaws and imperfections. I hope that helps.
