can we make a organisation sort of thing, which provide jobs to our youth

Dear Kamak,
Sat Siri Akal Ji. Of course you can. Question you have to address is how, who (sponsorship), what, where, etc. This is not Sikhnet's mission, nor the mandate of this Youth Forum, so best I can do is offer some advice.

We do not know where you live. Such a youth organization would probably need to be locally /regionally based, which would be more practical than an international organization. I suggest you start by contacting sangat leaders in local gurdwaras about the concept. At the very least, sangats include business people who might want to offer job internships to Sikh youth.

Another thing is to search the Web to see what else has been done by starting here: http://www.sikhseek.com Use searchwords "youth" and "employment" or "jobs". I know there are Sikh youth groups linked to this site, so they would be a place to start as well.
