Sat Sri Akal ji,

my sister has twins who were born premeture. but by God's grace they are doing fine now. they seem to be ok. they are 4 months old now. people always tell us to be careful as they say "nazar lag jayegi". now, one of the twins is not keeping that well. is it true that "nazar" stuff happens? if yes, is there any paath that we can do to pray for the kids health?

(REPLY) Sat Nam. I don't know what "nazar" stuff is. This much I know: Guru Ram Das, the Lord of Miracles is a great healing power and protection. Chanting in praise of Guru Ram Das and praying for the twins is a lovely idea. Also, the mantra: Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh is a beautiful way of asking for the blessings of Guru Nanak, Guru Angad, Guru Amar Das and Guru Ram Das, by visualizing each of them in turn surrounding the twins. (Start with Guru Nanak on the right side, and go clockwise.) SP
