my religon or not

Sat Siri Akaal. Just because you married a Hindu man does NOT make you a Hindu as well. If you are Sikh and believe as Sikh and observe as Sikh, then cutting your hair is NOT faithful to your religion. If you are none of the above and do not wish to observe the Sikh faith, then do what you want with your hair.
