"Ithe sri chrithro bkhyane triya chrithr mnthri bhoop snbade chaar soh panch chrithr smaapth msth soobh msth afjoo".

The above bani is from Sri Rehraas Sahib. However the full bani is from Triya Chrithr, from Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji or Sri Sarb Loh Granth Sahib Ji.

Could you explain to me what Sathguru Ji is saying in the above tokh. And also explain the content of Triya Chrithr. (I understand that not all the sangath on this forum may appreciate the content of this bani, so maybe you should think twice before making it available to the whole forum).
