Sat Siri Akaal. What do you mean, what should be 'done'?????

Nothing should be done 'to' them! Instead, set an example. Keep your hair. Ask them why they cut their hair. Are they just being lazy or afraid? It takes courage and discipline to keep this Sikh path.

Or have they never felt the call of the Guru and the first chance they got, they cut their hair. If so, then perhaps it is for the best.

Find out what is really going on. Don't just assume they are one thing when the reason may be another.
