waheguruji ka khalsa waheguruji ki fateh

i read the answers to the questions about tatto and hair bleaching and i found the answers to be contradictory.
if by having tatto on body is adding something to the PERFECTION OF GOD isnt having bleached your hair adding color to the PERFECTION. if god didnt want your hair to be seen he would have naturally bleached your hair.i am confused

can i please get an explanation

Bleaching the leg hairs is a temporary measure for certain situations. There is no coloring involved.
