What are gagans or punjabi aarti's?

Sat Siri Akaal Ji.

'Gagans' mean sky.

'Aarti' is basically Punjabi Hindu (not Sikh) tradition. A Hindu takes a silver serving plate and puts some candles, incense, prashad/sweets, etc., on it, and takes this in their hand to worship the statute of their god.
