Sat Shiri Akal. I am also comes in the list of those people who left their country to make a better future. I came in new country with long hair and trimmed beard. But due to 11th Sept. tregdy in America I could not find any job for the last two month because everyone calling us Bin Ladin. Here people are not familiar with Sikhs. Few sikh families here are not able to help us, so many sardar boys (not sikhs) cutting their hairs and I also did the same in dipression. People who are satteled here are saying don't cut off your hairs.

But I just want to ask to those people that then who will bear our expenses.

Sat Siri Akal, ji.

This is a tough question, I understand, but it is also a test of the Guru. Guru gave us a lifestyle where our security comes from meditating on God and from nothing else. Try an experiment. Keep your hair then go to the feet of the Guru and say, "Guruji-I am doing this for you because I love you and I belong to you. You have to bear the expense." My experience is that the Guru always come through when you take your problems to His feet and say-hey-I'm your so this is your problem. Not mine.

It is a difficult situation, I know. But before you cut your hair to solve the problem, just see if the Guru can solve it for you. Pray it with a pure heart and just watch what happens.

Sincerely,

GPK
