Regarding the question, "Saskar of the hair"... I haven't heard anything like this before but I have heard that in India people are afraid to keep their hair lying around in combs because they're afraid of black magic... In India, there are a lot of people who have turned to black magic for whatever reasons. That's why it is always important to make sure your hair isn't lying around...

Sat Sri Akal,

Regardless of anything, once a hair falls from your head, you are free to throw it away or keep it there. Black magic is non-sense superstition and should not be followed, and Sikhi does not believe in it. The biggest thing is to keep yourself and your surroundings clean.
