Can you please explain this in basic English as I am really confused.
It is quite possible that you are just a sensitive person, but if you feel that this is not the answer try doing this shabad.

It takes away duality & negative ego to make sure nothing hurts you the way it does now.
Try doing it 11 times a day for 120 or more days and see what happens. When you feel that you have already bonded with your shabad well enough repeat it 11 times especially at the time when you are hurt.
