There are no rituals in Sikhism, all rituals and caste system practiced by "Sikhs" today are remnants from old Hindu traditions.

To answer your question, the ethical and moral teachings of Sikhism are their beliefs and practices. A very simple example, the belief in Sikhism is that there is but 1 God, this teaches us the ethics and morals that God created everyone and thus everyone is equal and should be treated as such.
