in english it is

BREAK THE FALSE BONDS AND SEEK THE FREINDSHIP/COMPANY OF THE SAINTS
THE FALSE SHALL LEAVE U IN THIS LIFE THE SAINTS WONT LEAVE U AFTER DEATH


the saints r within u g
remember once u give ur mond soul and body to guru ji
even just once guru jis love is so great
he will always save u from every bad thing he will save ur honor and he will always life u out of the worst of hells guru ji never gives up on us
he loves us even more than our own mom
