(REPLY) Sat Nam. Amrit Vela is from 4 am until 7 am (approximately, because basically it is the two and a half hours before sunrise) your schedule is not ideal, but at least you are reciting your banis. how about going to sleep at midnight and getting up at 5 am, then taking your shower and reciting Japji Sahib? Dreams are merely working of the subconscious mind. Try reciting Kirtan Sohila just before you go to sleep at night, as well as be sure not to eat right before sleep! And don't worry. Playing Kirtan all night should help, but of course, a lot depends upon what goes into your subconscious during the day! (If you're seeing sexy stuff in the movies or on TV, it could appear later in your dreams.) Blessings. SP
