I was working for Sikh employer in USA , who is Sikh business man based in NewYork but unfortunately he is cheating with his employees , specially who are new here in this country and try to meet their ends . I also got chance to serve under him for few months and I am also another victim.
Most of us are new in this county and belong to Sikhism but don’t know about much of laws here to file a complaint.
Is any body who can help us to file complaint against him. In our own community in New York and let the community know how we all are suffering and fighting for our wages which he is not paying even though we worked for him with overtime.

Sat nam. Contact the local Chamber of Commerce in the town in which the business is located. Also contact the Better Business Bureau -- they are on the web and you can probably find a branch for your area via the website. Depending on the type of business he runs, the NY state business licensing entity may also have a place to file complaints. If you want to play hardball, call the New York Attorney General's office in Albany. Good luck.
